If the biometric analysis does not allow us to verify age, Bouncer Digital, S.L. will process the official identity document provided by the user to confirm their age. OkySafe does not have access to the identity document or its data; we only receive the analysis results performed by Bouncer.

IP address, device type, operating system, and browser used to access the service.
